Baby goats! Baby goats! Baby goats! Don’t get too excited because we don’t have any baby goats available right now, but if you are even considering getting a Tiny Hill Farm baby goat (or doe in milk) next spring, now is the time to get in contact with us to get a deposit in to reserve your 2024 kids. If we have not received your deposit for your kids then you are not on our reservation list. If you are all like, “Nah, I’m gonna wait until you post kids for sale in the spring”, then you might be waiting a LOOONG time since we typically sell the vast majority of our kids via reservation, especially kids out of our most proven does. What makes our goats so special? We are a serious performance herd that focuses on milk production and udder quality. Even though our herd is usually 20-25 or so goats total, we have some extremely competitive milking genetics. We had two Top Ten does in 2020, and ten Elite does in December 2022. Every single one of our senior does in our herd is an Elite doe, or has her Superior Genetics award, or both. Every buckling we sell is a *B buck, and two of our four *B bucks were ADGA Young Sire Development Program Qualifiers in 2020. We offer help and advice for the lifetime of every goat we sell. And we offer free milk test classes for anyone with our goats, because proving our goats’ milk production potential is so important to us.

New for 2024 we will be offering reasonably priced private transport of of our kids both anywhere in NH and also from NH all the way to Montana. Quick farm update: We are sold out of goats for the 2023 season! We’ll post 2024 breeding plans as soon as they are finalized. Our 2024 waitlist is officially OPEN! Now is the time to reserve the future kid of your dreams. Looking for milk production? In 2022 we had ten does on the ADGA elite list. We’ve got dairy stars for days, and all our our bucks are *B with daughters, sisters, or both daughters and full sisters on test. We’ve got two ADGA Young Sire Development Program Qualifiers, and in 2020 we had two ADGA Top Ten does. We’re working hard at keeping the dairy in dairy goats! Just looking for pets? That’s awesome! Our goats make wonderful pets too! We offer 24/7 help and advice for new folks starting out with our goats. We also offer free or reduced cost goat care classes for folks on our reservation list, and we are happy to help you start planning for your spring 2024 goat kids. We’ve been getting a lot of interested folks contacting us about poultry so wanted to post what we’ll have available. We will have a limited number of baby chicks available for local sale this spring. We will have frizzled and smooth large fowl Easter Eggers, mille fleur d’Uccle bantams, and New Hampshire red bantams. “Curbside” farm pickup only, no shipping. Our farm is in Milton Mills, NH. Chicks are $20 each. Day olds. Straight run (males and females as hatched). We’ll be hatching each week so should have plenty of chicks available! Looking for just females? Sorry! We only sell straight run chicks, but we will have a limited number of pullets available in the summer. Here’s more info.

We are thrilled and honestly a little bit shocked to announce how many Tiny Hill Farm does made the December 2022 Elite list. AGAIN. Ten. Yes! TEN! Both in August and now again in December. For a teeny tiny herd this is something we are very proud about. Congrats to Lacey(99th percentile), Bunny (98th), Hazel (99th and a FF), Minerva (98th), Skye (98th), Taffy (97th and happily retired), Jackie (96th), Mighty Mouse (96th), Pele (96th) Lois (95th and her 14th consecutive time on the list) and their owners! And congrats to Karl who made the Elite buck list yet again. Also huge congrats to all the many kids and grandkids of Tiny Hill Farm goats who also made the list. Proud we are of all of them! Good news everyone! We are bringing back Tiny Hill Farm Goat School!

Our 2023 classes will be held via Zoom. They will be on Saturdays from 10am-noon EST (Eastern Standard Time). Each week we will cover a different goat related topic. The class schedule is below.

You can attend whichever class is of interest to you. No obligation to attend all 5 unless you would like to be a goat expert. Can’t make it to the class? No prob! All classes will be recorded and available for viewing at anytime. Classes will be $20 each or $90 for all 5 weeks. If you are on our 2023 goat kid reservation list then the first week’s class is $10. And if you are one of the lucky folks who already own a Tiny Hill Farm goat, then the milk test class is FREE for you to attend. All classes will be closed captioned.
