Free Range, Pasture Raised Organic Poultry

We had our first group of “test” chickens processed yesterday.  We’ve been raising them on pasture and organic grain for the last 10 weeks.  All 26 birds were already sold but we have another 50 birds hatch last week.  We are taking pre-orders and expecting them to be around $6 a pound, depending on how much grass to grain they eat.  They should be ready in just under 9 weeks, week of Sept 12th.  If all goes well we would have one more batch this year probably in late October early November.
